Airtel — Undue charges, no compensation, exposes lack of business ethics | |||
Sir Appeal from Non Resident Indian issue is pending since more then 40 days Re- Complaint against Airtel Mobile- [protected] [protected][protected] I am representing this issue since more then 40 days, it is disheartening that despite Airtel has ignored business ethics, discarded customer service troubled consumer for no fault, no action has yet been initiated by the regulatory authority [1] When consumer uses whats up through wi fi, thre are no charges at all. [2] When Mobile data is switched off Airtel did not charge consumer [3] How Airtel activates International roaming facility on pre paid facility without consent of consumer [4] Why consumer is made to pay for incoming /outgoing calls when consumer has not left Indian Territory, still within International Airport, this is because International Roaming is activated [5] Similarly when consumer lands in to India, for few hours International Roaming facility continues, consumer is made to pay for incoming /outgoing calls. [6] What right Airtel has got to disturb consumer at midnight by making unsolicited calls, when consumer is not at fault, & why Airtel refuses to compensate consumer appropriately on damage caused by undue midnight calls.
