[Resolved]  Airtel — Unethical behaviour and false statements

I was promised that there will be an executive sent to collect the documents for new airtel connection that is on (14/09/2016) but by the eod it was not done. When i followed up with the customer care i was told that they see no request being made also after being dragged for a week i find out that the same cannot be provided as there is no feasibility in my area.

However i get a call from one of the custmore care lady stating that she will be sending the executive today. When called back for update she says that she has no idea and that the feasibility is not acceptable and cancels the call. I have called her 12 times for a clear answer and the all the time called i was disconnected.

I want to know:

1. Why is there such misconduct?
2. Why did i have to go through an entire team for a week to get a reply that my area is not feasible?
3. Why are not the airtel representatives aware of the port and blindly sending the executives to collect the document and the installation charges of inr 1000/-
4. Why the blame game and excuses?
