Airtel — unethical behaviour of customer care service | |||
Last week, i got call from airtel that there is offer on my setup box. The offer was if i changed it to hd, i would get two months subscriptions at rs.600. After two days i called the customer care and confirmed the offer again that the two months subscriptions are free. After the engineer came and changed the box, the channels didn't start. The engineer called me after half an hour that i have to recharge base package separately and two months subscription is just for hd. It's not free for complete package. Before the change, nobody mentioned it or made it clear to us while we repetitively asked whether two months subscriptions are free. When we called the customer care, we were told to recharge base package. After complaining, they even restarted channels for a day. Next morning, we found that the channels turned off and we have to recharge. When we called the customer care, no action are taken. They told us to recharge again. I was to lodge a complain for misinformation, lying by omitting, and unethical behavior. Was this information helpful? | |||
