[Resolved] Airtel — Unethical Customer Service Behaviour
I would like to register a complaint against two of your escalation team members named Meenu Arora and Kamal Deep Singh. On 4th Jan'17 I called customer care to register my complaint for Airtel number [protected] regarding a data pack validity issue. Customer care transferred my call to Meenu Arora. I explained her the issue but she refused to register my complaint. I asked her multiple times to register my complaint but every time she refused and disconnected the call. Despite the fact I asked her several times that I am paying for the call to customer care and I want my complaint to be registered she just rudely disconnected my call. I called back to customer care and again explained the issue, customer care again transferred my call to Meenu Arora who again tried to waste my time instead of providing me a solution or registering my complaint. When I warned her about making a complaint against her, she transferred my call to Kamal Deep Singh (Process Lead) who also rudely said NO to register a complaint. He said I am a LIER and he cannot take a false complaint. I told him that I have proof to prove myself right, despite the fact he branded me like a LIER and said we cannot take your false complaint and if I want I can write an email instead of calling them. I asked him that I have a message from Airtel regarding the issue, he said it COULD BE BECAUSE OF AN ERROR so kindly IGNORE it and we would not help you. When I said I am paying for the call to register my compliant he said why are you calling 121 and wasting money and our time, call 198 and register your compliant free of cost. He tried every possible way to prove me WRONG and LIER and instead of registering my complaint despite the fact I told him that I have evidence to prove me right. Is this is kind of customer service Airtel provides whose representatives are not ready to listen to customers and being rude and accusing customer of being false and LIER? I am really hurt with their behavior and I would like to see a strict action against these two representatives. Was this information helpful?
