Airtel — Unethical service

Hi, I am using an Airtel Mobile Number. Whenever I dial a number from my airtel number, instead of connecting the call to the receiver, they play a 20 sec advertisement first. I cut the call first time as soon as I heard the advertisement since I was in emergency to reach the receiver thinking that they will play it only for the first call, but again this same 20 second ad was played. After that every time I make a call, they made me hear this stupid ad and wasted my 20 seconds every time. What if some one is making a call to tell an emergency or calling the police station land line who can't wait for 20 seconds. I have submitted a complaint in Public grievances website. Anoop
