Airtel — unfair billing practices | |||
Airtel postpaid provided free promotional data of 2 gb for three months. According to the airtel's data carry forward policy, it was carry forwarded to the next month. I recieved several mesaages stating the same and the myairtel app showed the same status. After the end of the cycle, i, was charged a hefty sum for the usage of that free carr forwarded data. Approaching customer care is like talking to a wall. Their method of functioning is very opaque and they don't disclose any details. For that matter, i'm still trying to talk to an accountable person. But i will not shy away from dragging airtel postpaid to consumer court, trai, or state court for that matter. So if any airtel exec reads this, please be advised. Resolve this with dignity, or lose face. Was this information helpful? | |||

I faced the same issue.. cheating customers with carry forward data and saying that was not free. They why did you you guys carry forward instead of just cancelling the left over data. Shame on Airtel .. cheating people..
