[Resolved] Airtel — Unfair deduction | |||
sir on 21/07/2015 in my airtel no [protected] sim the balance was 850 and also i had 200 mb of 3g data in my phone on that day and night i did not start my data connection the last time i start was around 8pm on 21 which shows me 200 mb left there after i turn of my data. on 22 when i called from my phone it show me that you have zero rupees balance and 0 mb data left when i call customer care they didnot give any satisfactory answer to the same and told me that the deduction is due to net surfing when i told them that i never use the net and how 200mb and 850rs deduct without using net than they cut the call and also i made many attemts to contact them but finally they told that they will call me within 24 hours but do not give any satisfatory reason for the same. sir please look into the matter and do needful Was this information helpful? | |||
