[Resolved]  Airtel — Unknowing Change the DTV package while recharge

Hi,
I have recharged for 6 month of my DTV in which its got 15 days free. But just after the recharge a message came your package has been changed it has become 22HD from 19 HD and simultaneously my daily amount has been updated. They have also change the channel which earlier i was getting. Whn I called to customer care they said that the previous package is no longer valid.
How an organisation such as Airtel is cheating the customer on package recharge. They are saying you can view the channel by paying extra top up amount. It is just like cheating a customer for profit of an organisation.
When I raised the issue customer care is saying we cannot help you as the previous plan is no longer valid.

In my area there are no network are available in today time 2g 3g4g network is not available so in my area in my place Was faced with problems of network so in my society in my place was decide that 3g&4g network was

So I request for Airtel company they give the tower in my place I can give a land in my area
