Airtel — Unknown policy | |||
I made a recharge of internet pack of Rs125 on 20th September(approx) on my Mobile NO [protected] that was to end up on 19th October. But Airtel by its any unknown policy made extension of validity of this pack (or some other) till 18th November 2013 and even I had some 800+ MB data left on my last recharge which was forfeited by the company on 19th October. After 19th October I was not even able to make any internet recharge on my no [protected]. I made a few calls to Airtel Customer care as well they only gave me information that you cannot do any recharge on your no till 18 November. Even the customer care executive was such a rude person he was not ready to listen and was very harsh with me. I would like to take this matter in front of everyone such that Airtel always repents on its mistakes at least for those who have been long time customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
