[Resolved] Airtel — unlawful billing | |||
Sir i am using this airtel network for the past four months. I made my bill payments through airtel money.I also activated airtel smartbyte system for gprs data usage.Apart from that i didnt activate any value added services.Now they send me bill which is three times higher than i paid for the last three months.I asked customercare they are simply responding that your usage of data is high .but i am having the monitory system for usage of data.They didnt accept that and harrasing me to make the payment.Sir i am ready to pay the amount what i have used.but they threatening me to make full payment otherwise you will be charged by court.These words made me deep sorrow and depressed.So sir kindly make necessary steps to solve this issue.
