I believe the forum is listening to me, as I would like to share the apathy the customers are going through with Airtel. After being deducted I've been asked to share some vital info of my debit card so that the amount can be disimbursed, and further one cant expect every customer to approach your esteemed forum for every mishaps. I request the higher echelon of your firm to redress the issue with Airtel to safeguard the interests of the public.
