Airtel — Unlawful deduction from my main account. | |||
I made an online recharge towards whatsapp pack worth 200 MB. The recharge was successful. But when I was chatting on whatsapp I was deducted a sum equal to Rs.70/- from my main balance. I contacted the airtel store in Kanadasan Nagar but they could not give me a clear reason for charging Rs.70/- from my main balance, when I had a whatsapp pack of 200MB which is valid. I request you to look into the matter and credit the amount deducted unlawfully from my account failing which I would be forced to port out to some other network. Was this information helpful? | |||
