[Resolved] Airtel — Unlimited Night Internet Pack Problem | |||
I activated Airtel night Internet pack Rs. 8 for yesterday. According by the plan I should have able use unlimited Internet from 12 am to 6 am this morning. But I am able to use only 25 MB or something. After that data connection not connecting at all. Already it happens for me 2 times before, first I thought it was a network error, but when I asks some of my friends they also told me they are facing exact same problem.Even Customer care persons told me that there is a problem in this pack but not yet solved by the technical side persons yet (I think its happening around one month) and suggests me to use other packs. So Now I understands that its a trick to consume money from the customer in the name o[censored]nlimited Internet by giving limited pack or a technical problem which is not rectified yet to make more money like that. So I am suggesting my friends that don't use unlimited Rs 8 night Internet plan it's a false Advertisement because its only a 25 MB Limited night Rs 8 internet pack for 12am to 6am. Now I am aware, so I am telling you my friends don't lose your money by activating that plan again until they intimate us that the problem has been rectified. Was this information helpful? | |||
