Airtel — unlimited recharge call amount not added | |||||
Dear sir, I have recharged amount of rs. 399 to the number [protected] on jan 23 2019 through airtel payment money bank for my mother mobile number ([protected]). Till now amount not added in the recharged number of rs.399 in main account but only added validity. Its related when i call to customer care especially mr. Lal prasad not responded properly and he was afraid to giving line to his superior for asking about my request. My question is, clearly given in rs.399 category stating that unlimited local, std and roaming calls with 1 gb data and 100 sms/day +extra 10gb for 84 days. So as per above mentioned this 399 must add in main account. Why not added??? From the above you (I. E) airtel not mentioned its only validity and wont add in main account. Internet also cant use in that mobile which was not smartphone, so u people are kept recharge plan only with talktime and internet plans combinedly. So rs.399 must add in the main account of number [protected], else i will take severe action against this issue. Expecting rapid respone with justice on this issue. Regards, R. Chandru. [protected].
