[Resolved] Airtel — Unnecessary balance deduction airtel - callous attitude

Today morning ie 23/06/2016 when i woke up at 9am, i saw message on my phone that rs.35 has been deducted from my balance for a service named fashion bunny. I was surprised because i never subscribed to that service. I called up airtel customer care, customer care executive was of the view that i asked for the service at 7.56am, on 23/06 when i was sleeping. I talked to her supervisor, she clearly mentioned that they cant refund the money without any apologies. I would like to get atleast refund of rs.35.
