Airtel — Unnecessary billing even after disconnection | |||
Hi, We got our Airtel broad band connection disconnected on Dec 06, 2013 (Ac No. [protected]) on account of relocation to Mumbai, by calling up the Airtel customer care number. The disconnection was immediate, however we continued to get calls and emails from Airtel asking us for payments for the said period. One such mail is attached below.
