Airtel — unnecessary blocking of services on my number | |||
i bought an airtel sim from a certified airtel store. After a few days i received a message stating that i haven't submitted the required documents which i had. I then called the customer care and asked them about it. they said that there were no such issues with my number and my services won't be blocked. but today in the evening my services were blocked and then i called them up again. Told them what the problem was then they tell me to go all the way to the airtel store again and submit my documents. they then tols me that my call was being transferred to a senior executive but they hung up. They did this twice i.e hung up my call. the third time i called them and then told my problem again and this time to a senior exec. But i still haven't received any help from them even when they are telling me that they have the required documents Was this information helpful? | |||
