I was having a broadband connection but on April 28th, 2022 I requested to disconnect the connection for that I requested a call on the airtel thanks app after that the person who called me told me to pay the outstanding amount which is around 290 rs., I paid that but even after this the calls from airtel continued and asked me to retain the connection but I refused they didn't disconnect the connection and I got the bill for April of 495 rs., I raised this on airtel customer care on the 29th of May, 2022, and asked them about the bill and told them if this is necessary I am ready to pay the bill but please let me know if this mistake is from your side, they told me we will connect but they didn't connect and my bill is just increasing day by day with the due amount.
I want if this bill is legit to pay by me then please let me know and please cut the due amount. Was this information helpful? |
