[Resolved] Airtel — unrecognised usage of mobile data | |||
Hello my airtel prepaid number is [protected]. I had 200 MBs reduced from my internet balance, while I was travelling in the metro, without any signal on 24th September 2014. A few days back, my internet balance was around 700 MBs, which at present they have reduced to 12 MB, without any usage. This is not the first time airtel has reduced my MBs without any usage. On contacting the customer care, they transferred my call to a senior, but the call gets disconnected every time. It is very obvious that they are charging without any usage and do not want to give an adequate explanation.
