Airtel — Unresolved wifi

I have been complaining about my wifi connection for the past 4 days and nobody has resolved the issue
we have been working from home and this is such a hassle

Every time i call customer care, they say it will take 24 hours but nobody has resolved anything
its been more than 96 hours

When is the issue going to be resolved?
If this poor customer support is going to be the case with airtel, i would surrender the connection.

nobody shares a proper response and nobody resolved the issue. This is unacceptable behaviour from a reputed brand like this.
