Airtel — Unresponsive and Not-helpful staff | |
Airtel Gallery, Vasant Oscar, Mulund employees have not been able to resolve a simple issue of Simswap. The sim was registered on my father's name and his name was wrongly updated in short form by the airtel staff when they sold the cards in bulk to the Company employees. After his retirement when we wished to upgrade the sim and visited the airtel gallery; the staff there wasn't able to activate the new sim because of the name mismatch. They did not provide option and my father was made to visit 3 times. I myself took about 5 attempts but they have not provided any solution yet. The older sim was deactivated even before the new sim was handed over to us. The attitude of the staff present is very horrible. There is no intention to service the customer. They did not provide me with any alternate option to update the name in their records until my 3rd visit. This has been my worst experience in any of the telecommunication gallery.
