Airtel — unsatisfactory service provider

MY I'd no is [protected] and I have paid total Rs 888 to Airtel to avail DTH facility on my TV.But regretted to inform I am not able to see the channels on my TV. Except some free channels I am able to see and AIRTEL is not taking any step rather charges are regularly deducted from account.in this way AIRTEL is cheating me and none is ready to take required action

Some time some technical problem is stated some time other problem always stated not able to contact customer.the co very quick receive amt but not ready to provide service

Till date no progress in the matter.My request to activate plan earlier and on 15/06 is not activated
