Airtel — Unsatisfied recharge and data validity expiry

My initial 379 plan was about to expire in 7 days (2nd December) from this date and airtel was sending prompts to recharge by 26th November as they were planning a increase in the recharge amounts. Hence I recharged for 399 (56 days validity) expecting the plan to be activated after the current plan validity and also I had a data balance also of 119.

But I am very unhappy by the way airtel has activated the new plan from today itself thereby reducing my expectation of data availability by 7 days. Please do not cheat like this. It is a shame that the government is not taking any measure to stop such cheating of the citizens by these providers and they are taking huge profit from us.

I need some resolution for this. And the customer people know how to talk crookedly and convince people.
