Airtel — Unsolved problem frequently raising complaints and automatically ticket closed

Hello sir,
I took an Airtel Xstream Black connection on January 20, 2025. The Airtel guys come to our colony every day, and when I spoke to them, they said, We'll take care of the registration, and we'll install it within a day of registration.And they did. But from the day I got it, I started having problems with the Wi-Fi and DTH. Initially, I used to complain to the people who gave me the connection, but they didn't pay attention. They would say, Our responsibility is only until installation. if there are problems afterward, raise a complaint on the Airtel Thanks app. When I tried to do it on the app, that wouldn't work either.

One day, I placed a new connection request in online then got an immediate response. Since it was a new connection, I told them that I didn't need a new connection because I already had one, so I want to raising the complaints. Then they gave me the customer care number. From then on, whenever I called, they would try to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, but the problem was never solved. I kept calling again and again. Then, a technician came twice but the second time he just checked and changed the receiver. Still, the problem wasn't solved, so I thought I might change the network after the validity expires. In the meantime, I got a call for the running month's payment. I told them that I was thinking of changing the network. Then they asked, What's the issue sir. I said, There are issues from your side. I've given complaints but they're not being resolved, and you're not even responding properly. Then they said Sir, give us one more chance. We'll make sure you don't have any problems Please do recharge sir.
Okay, so i said first you take the complaint. Then the next day a technician came and took the setup box that was given during installation and installed an old version an old setup box. I asked him then, How will the performance be, Will the problem be solved. The technician told me, You won't have a problem sir, it will be good. So, I agreed, thinking that my problem would be solved. But the problem started again that same day. So I started complaining again. I kept filing complaints, and they kept automatically closing them. Every time I raised a complaint, I asked tell the customer care people Why are you closing the ticket without solving the problem or sending a technician. But what they would say is, The customer has rescheduled, that's why it's closing.

Then I asked, why do you close the ticket as resolved without even calling me. Now, you need to take my issue with high priority and solve the problems, and you need to take an internal follow-up call to see if the problem is resolved or not. Every time I complained, I would say that if the problem is not solved this time, I will raise a complaint to the consumer court, but there is no response from their side. Why Is it their confidence that they can't be touched by a consumer or a consumer court.

Sir, I was very mentally disturbed by them. I used to get irritated and angry, sir. Finally, in a complaint I gave, I even said that if the problem wasn't resolved properly this time, I would smash the box in front of the technician. But no use All they care about is getting paid. If they can't provide service, why are they in business except to cheat customers.

On April 26th, a person called and told me that they would only give me an old box, and that this box would have low sound and slow operation. If the performance is not good, why would I want it, sir? I mentioned this issue and also gave that person's number when I called customer care on the evening of April 26th, sir.

It's not just me, sir, there are many victims like me who haven't come out in the open, sir. In fact, sir, my sister also got a new connection through me in the same colony where I live, about a week after I took the connection. before taking the connection we told them that we are facing problems. we said, we'd get it only if there wouldn't be any problems, then a person said there wouldn't be any problems, sir. We stay in this colony every day, you can call us anytime, that's why we got it, but it started the very next day. We tried a lot to complain, sir, but it was of no use, sir. The next week, after that, they recharged the Jio connection for a year.
