[Resolved] Airtel — Unsubscribe DTH Connection and refund money | |||
I have taken airtel DTH connection and made an online payment. Your executive assured me to install DTH by today. your executives on customer care number were communicating that local dealer will call you shortly but nobody contacted to me. I try to make all possible efforts for contacting your local dealer. I tried to contact local airtel dealer of lalitpur on my personal effort he has communicated that we don't have box for installation. I have already frustrated with such poor service and response. I would like to withdraw my subscription/order. Please refund my Rs.1500 as soon as possible. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
