Airtel — unsubscribed channels added to my package

To limit number of channels within 100, i have chosen channels which i like to watch. But airtel has added channels on their own to my package these channels.
Channel 141, 137, 128, 133, 122, 101, 123, 817, etc. I lodged complaint over phone to remove the channels which i have not chosen. Despite lodging three complaints they have not removed these channels. Why airtel is forcing me to pay more (Service charges for more than 100 channel) next slab.
Why i should watch pure advertisement/promotional channels like gemporia, home utilities etc.
