Airtel — unused data consumption | |||
I am having a current unlimited pack of rs.199. On 12th september, by the time of around 10.30pm i got a message regards 90% usuage of data which i haven't used. I knew i had used only upto 1000mb out of 1.4gb. I knew that i haven't used the entire 1.4gb for that day. Here i have attached my mobile screentshot which showing that the current day data usage (Taken from mobile settings option) and i had attached a screenshot image indicating the remaining data using *121*51#.. And it shows the remaining data balance of about 400mb - (Availabe data for the day) with time. I approched cs executive and he didnt respond properly. Then i mailed a complaint to [protected]@airtel.com and one executive said that some specialist will resolve the issue within 72hrs but still none of answeres for that...
