[Resolved] Airtel — Unwanted activation of follow celebrities pack without my concern | |||
My mobile no is [protected] and [protected] in both the mobile numbers the pack of follow celebrities has been activated automatically. when i called the customer care they said i could be activated when you pressed any ad during browsing but the thing is my phone does not have the capability to use touch function and it is a basic mobile phone without any internet usage and how come i could have activated the following celebrities pack.
