Airtel — unwanted activation of model mania and airtel now flash

I, sagarika mukhopadhyay, is user of airtel having ph no. [protected]. Today received a message from airtel about activation of modelmaniaw and airtel now flash. It was activated without any consent from me. An amount of rs 35/- was deducted by airtel. I felt like being cheated and was not expected from a renowned co. Like airtel. With great difficulty i had to get it cancelled. I tried to contact 121 but all attempts were futile. Pl return rs 35/- as the service was not initiated by me. Please see that unwanted activation of such links need to be stopped forthwith. Thanks.

[protected] lodged a complaint on 24th march, 2018 in respect o[censored]nwanted activation of modelmaniaw and airtel now flash by airtel. The services were never asked for. Requested to return the amount of rs 35/- to my phone balance. Airtel, it seems, that they are not justifying their reputation. Almost 24 hrs passed and no reply is received. This type of services do not provide any interest to me and activation of such services without notice is undesired and unethical. Thanks.
