Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I am using a prepaid no of Air tel ([protected]) and without any confirm he select a caller tune on my no and deduct a amount of 280/ as a caller tune charges. Today we have received a call from the [protected] employee id 583836 on the behalf of Airtel
He said that kindly provide your account detail debit card detail for the reimbursement of the deduction amount.
But i think account no and name is sufficient for the transfer of any amount.
