Airtel — Unwarranted deduction of rs 386 on account of data usage even with data pack | |||
I had Rs 386 balance 2-3 days ago but when i checked it yesterday it showed low balance of almost Rs zero. When i tried to contact their customer care agent, I could not contact due to low balance. On email I got a reply that whole of Rs 386 has been deducted due to data usage above the limits of data pack i activated few days ago without explaining the extent or time of that usage. I am surprised how all of a sudden the balance dropped from Rs 386 to zero without any intermediate deductions. And if the data pack was over, data service should have been stopped. If Airtel takes so much pride in providing continued and hassle free data service to customers, then why this service has been stopped now? Let my balance be run in negative. This is nothing but befooling customers of their money. Was this information helpful? | |||
