[Resolved] Airtel — Upgrade my speed to 40 mbps but no response from customer care | |||||
Sir my landline number is [protected], name: rakshan raaj, registered number [protected]. Sir i have given request to change my plan speed to 40mbps speed on 28th sept 2016 but till today they have to installed and everyday they ask time for 48 hours. Airtel is worst service provider now. They say me that they will provide in 48hours but my order is still pending and dint get any response from airtel. I have given complaint on your site and i got call from airtel and they are like they wil resolve but till now they dint resolve nor called back. No satisfaction and no response to customer service.
