Airtel app shows usage of Rs.500 for the current billing cycle. Bur I have made any calls or SMS beyond my Plan limits, Also my Internet Data balance is 3.2GB. Please investigate and correct this error. I mad an attempt to send an MMS which was not transmitted on[protected] and I should not be charged for a failed MMS. Jul 4, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved They have rectified their APP and now it is showing the correct usage. Their customer representative spoke to me and informed that there was some technical issue. They have assured that they would rectify the problem at the earliest so that wrong information will not be shown in the APP. They called me from 8826136567.
