Airtel — Using mobile number from last 10+ years, but Airtel people don't have details of this number | |||
Actually I am using [protected] from last 10+ years in Andhra Pradesh. Customer care people telling that, there are no details on this number. How this will happens, without having details in Airtel, how I am using from last 10+ years. Due to this I am unable to port my number to another state. Recently I moved to Bangalore (Karnataka). I applied for porting from Andhra Pradesh to Karanataka. Then I come to know that Airtel people have no details on this number. How they will continue connections from these many long years if they don't have details. Then where is customer security. If any one misuses this, who will responsible. Please help me. As I applied for porting, this number is deactivated on 11th Jul 2015 at 11.30 PM. And new sim is not activated due to above issue.
As I am using this number from last 10+ years, I am using this number for all my transactions. As this is deactivated, all my transactions stuck up.
If you want me to submit documents, I am ready to submit documents in Bangalore. Otherwise I will send documents through online, if you have any such facilities.
As I have struck up with all transactions, I am requesting you to kindly resolve this issue on priority.
