Airtel — validity expires before date | |
I am an existing airtel user My airtel number is [protected] (Jharkhand) I have recharged my number with rs 448 voucher on[protected]. At that time it was showing this voucher is applicable for 82 days and 1.4 gb data per day will be available, but this voucher is expired on[protected]. This is totally not acceptable from airtel. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 28, 2018 Shabbuu's response We use 3G becz the condition of 4G is so weak in our area .so we hopefully requested to you our problems should solve immediately...with in days..

[protected]. so plz request that you solve it immediatly. I had many complaint in complain no. 198 for two month but did not solve it at this time. | |

I had put for a data pack through the app. The transaction didn’t happen but my money was deducted. How to get a refund?

Our mobile has been activated by services not decided by me and now the balance has reduced to zero and recently I have reacharged but then also deducted
So if the balance is not refunded

I submitted documents on 25th to migrate from postpaid to prepaid. Today around 5 my postpaid sim got deactivated but prepaid is still not active after 7-8 hours. 59059 is also not working. Please fix the issue. alternate no is [protected]
Sir we have a lot of problems faced from last 2 months.4G is working like as 2G .so we request to yours network team should stress on our network problems.
