Airtel — Validity of subscription and disconnection

I have taken Airtel DTH in June 2022 by paying Rs 2200 where 1 month subscription is paid in advance but I have not been given the 1 month validity subscription and the validity showing in my account is till 31 dec 2022 with balance as Rs 217.18 and Rs 15 is deducted twice on 28 nov and 15 August as service charge which should have been deducted for which I have attached screenshot but I have not received any response till now please look into the same at the earliest thank you
