Airtel — validity reduced, plan changed without any concern of digital tv | |||
I am a consumer of airtel digital tv having account num :[protected], i have recharge my account on 15th sep 2018 with annual plan of infinity all sd & hd channels. Till few days before my account validity was till 14th sep 2019, since 8th of aug 2019 it has been reduced to 28th aug 2019, and all the sd channels are been blocked by the service provider only hd channels are aired. All this is done by the service provider without any concern of the consumer nor intimating the consumer for all such deeds. When i have my account valid till 14 sep 2019, why my account validity has been reduced? Why the channels are blocked when i have balance in my account and validity is still left. Its been frustrating to be with airtel, every now and then i have to get connected with airtel for unnecessary issued created by airtel. Migrating, channels selections, validity reducing everything is done by service provider with taking any concern of the consumer. Making fools to people by making false commitments and charging twice for the already payment made. From airtel i got the resolution for error codes, on my email id, which was not my problem, airtel executives just copying and pasting without reading & understanding the complaint. Since last week, requested many times, email them, but not proper response given, also direction letters from trai also send, but no proper response is getting. Was this information helpful? | |||
