[Resolved] Airtel — Value added service, charge without acceptance | |||
Airtel activated "vague weekly" and charged from main balance illegally. Mine is a new sim, just less than a week, i was getting adds pop-ups, i was cleaning those and go on getting these adds and suddenly got a message saying that i was charged for activating the service. I didn't do anything to activate. I am sure you (Airtel and the guys who designed this kinda of technical robing) will pay for what you doing. I just think about millions of people in villages who don't even know all these services and may be getting charged for what they are not responsible. Was this information helpful? | |||
