Airtel — Very bad network without any help from customer care | |
AIRTEL has poor quality network. Although I am recharging unlimited plan with 2GB/3GB 4G data plan, it is all vein. Data/network will work only for 2 days after recharge, while doing airtel thanks app & will work before 2/3 days lapse of plan. Even there is no customer care with whom you can talk / complain the issues. You have to use airtel app but that will show zero registered complain even if you do several complain through airtel thanks app. Was this information helpful? | |
