Airtel — Very bad service and no respect to the customer. | |||
Hello Team, To begin with let me tell you that I have been a loyal Airtel user for around 8 years now and I am sorry to say that your services are detoriorating day by day. I made a 120 recharge yesterday morning, out of which I used your so called facility "My Pack".I created my pack of Rs 66. Apart from this I also did 25 recharge for 2G. By the end of the day I had zero balance and I did not make any calls. If this was not enough the customer care representative said "Your data is not yet on the system pls call after 4 hours". Are the equipments so dull that morning recharge was not getting reflected by 7 in the evening?? Anyways I tried to talk to a senior memeber who refused to take my call. I am very upset with the services and will soon change my network and recommend others to do so as well. Was this information helpful? | |||
