Airtel — very bad signals and call drops every 15-20 secs | |||
Hi... I'm using airtel number for almost 4 years now. Although I always had signal issues with Airtel but it was manageable untill past few months. I stay in dwarka and my signal goes blank every now and then. I cannot keep talking on phone for more than 30-40 seconds. The call drops sometimes even before that. I called up airtel customer care but I think they just fool you by saying that they have registered a complaint. Next day they sent me a msg saying that "network services on your airtel number has been boosted. Pls switch off and on your mobile now". I did exactly the same but there was not change in the network. My calls kept on dropping every few seconds. I have lost so much money because of this call drop problem. I am really fed up of airtel and its customer care team. Next time I called they didn't respond well. Airtel is answerable for providing such a poor service and actually eating so much money by these call drops. Was this information helpful? | |||
