[Resolved] Airtel — Very disappointed to using the airtel broadband connection | |||
Dear mr. Sunil mittal, I am using your broadband connection with landline from last two year 2014 to till date. I am facing the so many problem while using the internet connection most of the time internet speed goes down its working very slow, i also take the plan of 8mbps but never this internet speed show in system from last two months. I also logged the so many complaints to your customer care but your engineer visit at our office & check the connection sometime he change the setting in modem and speed was working fine on that time when your engineer visit.
