Hi I am Aparna, [protected] a postpaid airtel user. I used to be a happy customer of airtel but due to recent events i am very much frustrated with their service.
Visit 1. 5-6 days back i went to an airtel relationship center as I wanted to migrate my sim from postpaid to prepaid(no network in my area) The executives took my documents, the money / bill and said my new sim will be activated in 24 hours.
Visit 2 .It didn't happen. I had to go back again. Told the problem after 2 days of waiting. They asked me to wait for another day
Visit 3. i waited nothing happened. I went again the next day. Then the executive asked again a copy of my documents. And photograph
Visit 4 .next day i went with all the documents and photograph. And executive told me my number will be activated in a day
Visit 5 .still not activated. I went again the next day. Executive told me she is sending some Email and sim will be activated In 4 hours.
Its been more than 12 hours now. I don't think making a visit number 6 will also solve my problem. I have given up.
But i will still go and collect the names of all the executives working in the airtel center and send a detailed case with all the dates
