Airtel — Very frustrating and bad service | |||
My SIM card stopped working all of a sudden and a message was displayed as 'SIM Card not registered..Error Code #MM2' on Monday, 8th dec, 2014 . After one day, I was able to talk to customer care executive(as they never pick phone) and they asked me to get a duplicate SIM as the sim card has been corrupted. Same day i.e Tuesday, I got the duplicate SIM from Airtel Store located as Good Earth City Centre. Till Wednesday, it did not worked. Again on talking with the guys at this store, they asked for some more docs. I provided the same. Today, its 4 days and my SIM is still not working and no one at AIRTEL STORE at GOOD EARTH CITY CENTRE, SECTOR-50, GURGAON is picking up phone. I have never faced this much harassment and frustration before. Thanks to awfully bad services from AIRTEL. Was this information helpful? | |||
