Airtel — Very low speed connection - 4G

I have a 4G connection that I have been using for more than 6 months. I use this with my computers / phone 2 months ago I purchased a ZTE hotspot from Airtel's dealer in Hebbal Kempapura, Bangalore. I told him that I was already using their router and wanted the hotspot to get portability and the ability to use it when there is a power outage He confirmed my address and informed me that it would work at that address. I had no speed issues till about 2 weeks ago I use this connection sporadically when I have to work from home or when he move around. Based on their agent's advice, I had reset it once to restore the speed 2 weeks ago On the 8th of this month, the speed fell to 2.3Mbps when I was using it in Palace Guttahalli ( a central area of Bangalore ) I reset the hotspot but that did not help. I called the customer care team and got a reference number 63867686 and their floor supervisor Mausam informed me that it would be resolved by the 12th On the 11th, I called their team and spoke with a frontline agent who confirmed that they were working on the issue and that I would get a resolution by 5PM on the 12th No one bothered to call me on the 12th. Hence I called their callcenter late that evening and a supervisor called Kirpan offered to escalate the issue to the network team to reach me with a solution the next morning ( 13th morning ) At 11:30 on the 13th, their network engineer Channabasappa called me. He was completely clueless about the issue and I had to repeat the issue to him. When I asked him why they did not get me a solution the previous day, he said that they did not get the complete information from their call center. He offered to send some one to check my connection On the 14th morning, another engineer called Asif spoke with me and promised to come across before 4:30PM that evening. Obviously, he did not come across That evening, I called their callcenter and spoke with a supervisor called Sanil Raj. He said that their team inspected the connection and closed the complaint at 2:43PM saying that the signal strength was weak inside my house in Hebbal Kempapura. I asked him to put it in writing since no one came home. He said that he was not authorized to give anything in writing. I asked him to get his manager call me At 9PM on the 14th a person called Harish called me. He claimed to be the Customer Service Manager 4G, Pan India. He repeated what Sanil said and when I asked him to mail me what they found, he said that he was not authorized to do so. He offered to get a lady called Archana call me on the 15th by 12 noon and confirm the written communication Till now Archana has not called me nor do I have a written communication from Airtel I have recorded all the calls that I made to Airtel and the calls that Channabasappa, Asif, Sanil Raj and Harish have made I have also sent their CEO's office a screenshot from their site where they confirm that the incident is closed but without providing a reason. I had an agent called Muddasar mail me stating that they did not have my phone number to talk to me. I have informed him that if he wished to, he could have got my 4G # from the complaint number and my phone number from my 4G number. I have also informed him that I am not interested in speaking with him and want a written communication By tomorrow ( the 19th ) I want an email from who ever works in Airtel explaining what they did from their side before closing the complaint If they do not do so, the email that I have sent their CEO and all the voice recordings are going to the consumer forums and I am going to complain to TRAI about Airtel's ethics

Sadhu, you are a typical Airtel man - always waiting to skirt the issue

If you read my post correctly, I asked you guys a set of simple questions

a) What did Airtel do between the time I raised the complaint on the 8th of August and 2:43PM on the 14th when your team closed the complaint

b) Who was the gentleman / or what was the team on whose recommendation / analysis this complaint was closed

c) Did that team / gentleman contact me before the complaint was closed

You, probably, do not understand simple English. Fortunately the consumer forums and my lawyer understand English

Tell me in simple English and on an email your answers to the 3 questions I have posed afresh for you
