Airtel — very poor 3g/4g data service | |||
I am having 2 Airtel numbers of which 1 is postpaid & another is prepaid. Despite several complaints in last 1 year, company has been unable to solve network issue at my location (Dombivali / Thakurli) & hence unable to use postpaid number data most of the time & thus more than 250GB data is piled up with Airtel. Data speed at most of time is below 5KB/s. Similar issue is also there for prepaid no. despite in separate 4G handset. I have decided not to pay the bill dues ( for last 2 months) unless Airtel provides proper network to consume piled up data first. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have paid the monthly charges for the mobile No.[protected] for Rs.654. I have erroneously again paid a sum of Rs.250/-. Now I want the Bill Receipt for the payment of Rs.250/- paid to the above mobile no.[protected]
