Airtel — very poor service and putting packs without permission | |||
Sir my airtel dth ID is [protected]. on date 30/03/2019 i called to 12150 from my airtel number to activate star sports 1 hindi channel but they said that their system having upgrade for 4 hours. i called again on next day 31/03/2019 i request them to activate my channel and she said ok but then i ask for what is my monthly rental she told 23 rupees much then pack i ask for details and she told me that im using one of airtel pack but i didnt activate it then she said that they active this plan to every customer without permissions, i removed it. i check my tv after 2 hours but my plan still not activated and i called again and again they putted that airtel plan without asking i removed it again. but my star sports 1 hindi still not activated. now i am tired with this. this is cheap.they are not helpful. they are like thief. i dont know how i can got my channel.i also tried using my airtel app but my channel rate is 22 rupees and they are charging for it 45 rupees. hope you will help me Was this information helpful? | |||
