Airtel — voice quality issues at my home. | |||
I am having very bad Calling problem at my home . I have been trying to complain regarding this to airtel many times, But i m not getting proper response from Coustomer care airtel.They r just closing complaints by showing any type of Solutions. I did not expect this from Airtel.So plzz take this problem as proper attention or make me call to main office of airtel. Plzz make sure i m not forced to change operator. Sir my no. is [protected], I am not able to get any messages and otp's when I tried connecting customer care I am getting ERROR 538 please help me solve my problem.
My Postpaid no, is [protected]. I have cleared the bill amount in the month of May'2017 but till date my mobile no is not in activation mode. Please advise me what is the problem.
I got an announcement while calling, from past 20...regularly I'm complaining but no response..and also they announce my data back is going to expire today but it's not.
The data pack had 1.7 GB +extra 2.5 GB if the handset was 4g n the sim was also 4g. I am meeting all the criteria but the 2.5 GB is still not credited, and when I dial 121 or 198 the options are useless and im not able to talk to the customer care executive. Please do something abt it.
