I am facing voice issue over call very frequently at my home location. It's like i may not able to listen to voice of opposite side person for 5-10 seconds or they are not able to listen to me. I have done a complaint about same on 14th dec. They say, they have marked it as priority issue but still no action has been taken and i am facing the same issue still. I have already called them 3-4 times and everytime they say it's in progress. On 25th dec i got a call, and they asked me if problem is resolved, when i said no, they said technical team will be coming to my location within 1-2 days, but still there is no action.

Updated by abhigoldy2205 I called them today and they said technical team is working on it, and it will take 1-2 months of time. So, this means I have to keep giving them the full amount for the service but they won't provider the proper service. And on saying why should I give them full amount for the service, they are saying they can't help me, and no one can help me in this regard. Didn't expected such kind of response. I have been paying 588rs per month since more than 2-3 years, and this is the response I am getting. They won't provide the proper service and response but want the complete payment on time. Need help in this regard.
