I, vinay prakash mathur, am a senior citizen and postpaid customer with airtel for decades (Current mobile n0 [protected] : bangalore based).
My complaint (Service request 82387835?) made in dec.2017 related to weak signals at my residence is not resolved yet after a lapse of 5 months.
Without any action having been taken, i was informed on 04/05/2016 that the problem has been resolved.
Airtel customer care has been informed a number of times since then but no action to resove the issue or inform me about the status has been taken
I face problem in incoming calls. Weak / inaudible sound, call ring not received with a missed call sign showing later etc.
I look forward to get a response to this mail and get my problem resolved.
